No Revisions for Completed Digital Services
Digital or creative services, once completed or delivered, cannot be revised, reversed, or returned.
This applies to:
Completed creative work
Digital campaign execution
Released or published content
Activated or scheduled ads
Any revisions outside the scope of the original agreement may require additional fees or a new service agreement.
No Indemnity for Outcomes
All digital and marketing activities involve variables beyond the service provider’s control, including platform algorithms, market behaviour, audience response, and competition.
By engaging these services, clients acknowledge and agree that:
The service provider is not liable for any adverse outcomes, including fluctuations in performance, reduced engagement, or lower-than-expected results.
Positive outcomes such as increased traffic, engagement, ROI, or sales do not entitle clients to additional compensation.
No indemnity, damages, or compensation may be claimed for any result, whether favourable or unfavourable, arising from the services rendered.
No guarantee of specific performance or financial return is provided.
No Returns for Digital or Custom Services
Since the services involve digital deliverables, custom work, or time-based professional effort, returns are not applicable.
If concerns arise before the work is marked as completed, reasonable revisions may be offered at the service provider’s discretion.
